انطلقت هذا اليوم الخميس التمارين على فترتين حيث ركز المدرب في الفترة الصباحيه على التمارين اللياقية الخفيفة .
وفي الفترة المسائي بدأ المدرب بمحاضرة قصيرة وبعدها قسم المدرب اللاعبين الى اربع مجموعات لنطبيق بعض الجمل التكتيكية بعدها اجرى المدرب تقسيمه على كامل الملعب أوقفها عدة مرات لشرح اخطاء اللاعبين التي وقعوا فيها واستمرت لمدة ساعه بعدها أنهى المدرب التمارين .
